Q. Is the varnish or stain you use safe for food contact?

Q. What type of wood do you use?
A. We offer 3 types of wood for you to choose from, these are Ash, Oak and Walnut. Lots of options are possible with these timber types, see here.
Q. Do your tables come with something to stop my floor being damaged or scratched?
A. Yes, in each products gallery you will see some examples of what we install to protect your floors. Our floor protectors are built into your tables legs and are adjustable for crooked floors and also they are almost invisible. For some tables installing this type of protection isn’t possible so then we will give you felt pads instead.
Q. Are your products robot vacuum friendly?
A. Yes, most of them are. You might find some exceptions due to the design of a product so the best thing to do is to check the technical drawing available in each products gallery.

A. Our primary aim is to please customers so that every order turns into a positive review from every customer.
We will email you pictures as soon as we have finished making your product; this gives you one last chance to make sure you are completely happy with your selection and the finish of our high end furniture.
We are aiming soon to offer a VIP delivery service which, if we assemble your items and you are not happy with it then we can take it back and refund your money in full, this makes it 100% risk free. Check your order details to make sure this is included if you choose this VIP service.
All other orders are custom made just for you and requires self-assembly. Regrettably, self-assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless they do not comply with the description given, are faulty, or are not fit for any stated purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected.
