Q. Is the varnish or stain you use safe for food contact?
A. Yes, please read here to see our safety accreditations for our Natural and Durable Wood Protection treatment.
Q. Can you make tables longer than 3 metres as is listed in your shop furniture?
A. Most dining tables are listed as having a maximum of 300cm (3metres). Soon we will add up to 4metre, full plank, table top options in Oak.
Limitations are only due to a lack of availability of larger solid wood Ash and Walnut planks. If you choose a different table top design, for example an extendable table top or any top that does not need planks longer than this then we can make it longer for you.
Q. What type of wood do you use?
A. We offer 3 types of wood for you to choose from, these are Ash, Oak and Walnut. Lots of options are possible with these timber types, see here.
Q. Do your tables come with something to stop my floor being damaged or scratched?
A. Yes, in each products gallery you will see some examples of what we install to protect your floors. Our floor protectors are built into your tables legs and are adjustable up to 2cm, for crooked floors. They are almost invisible as they are built in. For some tables and chairs, installing this type of protection isn’t possible so then we will give you felt pads instead.
Q. Are your products robot vacuum friendly?
A. Yes, most of them are. You might find some exceptions due to the design of a product. Different robots obviously vary in dimensions so please check if yours is suitable to work around and through our furniture in the technical drawing available in each products gallery.

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. Upon check out, you will have the options of paying through Direct Bank transfer (which is the cheapest) or you can select PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or you can Buy Now and Pay Later with Klarna.
Q. What guarantees do you give?
A. Our primary aim is to please customers so that every order turns into a positive review, every time. Our livelihood depends on making customers happy or else we have no business! We believe our customers reviews are the best guarantee for other customers.
All orders are custom made just for you. Regrettably, custom made items cannot be returned, unless they do not comply with our terms and conditions, the description given, are faulty, or are not fit for any stated purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected.
